HealthPro’s Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) course is designed primarily for healthcare professionals working in emergency departments, intensive care units, critical care departments, surgical areas, or the pre-hospital environment, such as physicians, nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and other professionals who may respond to a cardiovascular emergency. This 10-12 hour course is an advanced, instructor-led classroom course that highlights the importance of team dynamics and communication, systems of care and immediate post-cardiac-arrest care. It also covers airway management and related pharmacology. In this course, skills are taught in group sessions with small, group learning and skills testing stations where case-based scenarios are presented.

ACLS PROVIDER COURSE (INITIAL)

Mandatory online self-assessment is required.  Please complete the online self-assessment and bring the Certificate of Completion to class with you.  Directions for self-assessment will be included in your Welcome Letter sent after registration process.

 

NEED TO UPDATE YOUR BLS?  Add on BLS to your class today!  BLS will be in 2 parts: Part 1 online, Part 2 is completed in our Instructor -led skills station. Once you register for the course, we will send you your online access code.  Please bring certificate of completion to class with you
