The Basic Arrythmia (BART) Course is a classroom-based, Instructor-led course designed to improve electrocardiogram (ECG) recognition skills and pharmacology knowledge for treating cardiovascular emergencies. The BART Course is for healthcare professionals who participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies. Required course for Telemetry nurses, Medical Students, ICU Nurses, Emergency Department Nurses, Paramedics, and Monitor techs. We provide use of our Basic Arrythmia Manual. This course offers 16 hour continuing education units for those that qualify (EMS only). RN’s do not qualify for CEs for this class per the California BRN, but will receive a Certificate of Completion for 16 hour BART course.
